When someone says that “You look young for your age” that implies, one person can inhabit to two ages at once. They are called as biological age and chronological age.
Chronological age means the the actual amount of time person has been alive. In other word that indicates the number of candles that we blow out every year. Biological age refers that how old a person seems. That means also the physiological age of a person.
When growing older, hormone levels of person’s can be increase and also decrease. Decreasing of some hormones make us more older. Also increase of some hormones leads to weight gain, decreased immunity, make pains and so on.
It is true that aging is beyond our control. But some researchers are shown that some external factors can make huge affect on aging. For that, we can can limit toxins(chemicals, cleaning chemicals, x-rays, over exposure to sun). And get regular health check — ups and do plenty and regular exercises also support to maintain good biological age. Further getting enough sleep(at least 7 hours) and minimizing stress also leads to maintain better biological age.
